Terms for tailgaters.

These terms are valid if you are tailgating a vehicle with a tailgating.eu sticker on it.
We are against road rage or agressive behaviour on the road.

#1 allowed reactions
1.1 The person you are tailgating is allowed (by law) to drive under the speed limit and can go slower as you come closer.
1.2 The person you are tailgating is is allowed to record your behaviour on dashcam as evidence.
1.2 Someone in the vehicle you are tailgating is is allowed to record your behaviour with any video recording device as evidence.

#2 forbidden reactions
2.1 Brakechecking - The person you are tailgating is not allowed to brake check you, as this is wreckless driving and forbidden by law.
2.2 (Almost) comming to a stop - The person you are tailgating is NOT allowed to slow down untill you (almost) come to a stop, as this is considert wreckless driving and forbidden by law.

#3 National accuracy
3.1 The allowed and/or forbinnen reactions might not be accurate based on your location.
3.2 The driver is responsible to know and follow local laws.

#4 Responsibility
4.1 Every driver is responsible for his or her own actions, Tailgater.eu can not be held responsible for anyones behaviour on the road and the consequences that follow that behaviour.
